Pre-fader effects are moved post-fader after saving and loading a snapshot

Describe the bug
After saving and reloading a snapshot, all pre-fader effects on all tracks are now post-fader (probably more accurately described as the fader being moved to the first position in the chain). This happens when saving a new snapshot, replacing an existing snapshot, or rebooting without manually saving any snapshot.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Add any effect pre-fader to any track in any new or existing project
2. Save a snapshot
3. Load the snapshot saved in step 2
4. Any effects that were pre-fader before loading the snapshot are now post-fader (the fader has been moved to the first/top position in the chain).

Expected behavior
The fader's position in an effects chain should remain the same when saving and loading snapshots.

This is appears to be resolved in vangelis (testing) and oram (staging). Issue should be closed on next point release.
