Replaced the Rifleman and CLS base unit which was being used to the correct units so they spawned with the correct gear.

Charlie MAAWS team had incorrect base units so they didn't spawn with the correct gear.
Replaced the Rifleman and CLS base unit which was being used to the correct MAAWS units so they spawned with the correct gear.
