Now required on server and client; I think it may not have worked on server before because the mixin was client-side.
The config option is now default enabled as I changed the implementation to be less invasive by using a proper command. Fixes #499 as I removed the GuiScreen mixin.

UTCommandsclass that can be used for any future commands.)
