The goal of CCTurtleBot is to control large swarms of turtles to be self-sustainable, self-replicating, and self-colonizing needing only an initial minimal seed to get started. A side goal would be to analyze how large civilizations will struggle and fail when at high populations.

This project is still early on and in its planning phase! Usage instructions will be made for milestone 0.2.
