Fixes a bug, in which the theme saving process would not work if kvantum was not installed.

This version handles Kvantum theming a little bit better. Now it has support for modifying some widget settings like whether menus have icons or not.

If you want to set themes for GTK4 libadwaita apps without meddling with environment variables & other weird methods, you can use my project libadwaita-freestyle, a drop-in replacement for libadwaita which doesn't force-load its stylesheet. It is still the thememaker's responsability to add styles for the new libadwaita elements, though.
