[ROS 2][grid_map_cv] Update ROS 2 branch with the latest changes from master #485

Changes to grid_map_cv

  • getTransformedMap is now available in the ROS 2 branch.
  • Other minor fixes such as conversion that were added to master after the migration are now also updated.
  • Package version bumped to 2.4.0.
