Loot items no longer die (e.g. get destroyed by an explosion, get burned, or smth else), who wants that anyway?

it has 0.2.2 stuff but decompiled and added manually, so that's why the version is still 0.2.0, also it is not fully tested so, test it first if it works for you if not, open an issue, I will do my best to fix it.
