Master HUC2 and HUC4 shapefiles

These two files are a combination of all HUC2 and HUC4 watershed boundary files, respectively. As GitHub does not allow them to be tracked by the repository due to their size, they are available here for download.

Simply move each file to it's respective directly:
HUC2: 'ShapeFiles/HUC2/_Master_HUC2/'
HUC4: 'ShapeFiles/HUC4/_Master_HUC4/'
