Result section changes

• Added HL7ResultRangeAnalyzer to inspect lab results and determine if the value is abnormal for the following LOINC codes:
  • 787-2
  • 2093-3
  • 30313-1
  • 4544-3
  • 777-3
  • 789-8
  • 6690-2
  • 1751-7
  • 1742-6
  • 718-7
• Removed vertical line from the allergies section
• Added MIT license to README.md

Dependencies fix

* Fixed dependency issue

* Removed un-necessary framework references, exposed scheme for parser

* Set ALWAYS_SEARCH_USER_PATHS to NO to avoid warning.

* Removed parser from workspace and made it part of the Cartfile to prevent embedding issues.
