1. The car will appear at 21:00 (9:00 PM) and disappear at 5:00 AM.
2. The car will disappear if it is blown up
3. If the player being hunted dies, the car will disappear
4. You can summon a car by writing the /spc command in chat or remove it using the /dpc command
5. The car AI is a bit stupid and sometimes gets stuck or spins around you
