Where to obtain an artifact?

Artifacts could be bought at the Blackmarket.
Blackmarket could be found on the adventure map.
By default, at each regeneration of the adventure map, the Blackmarket gets a refresh of available goods.
Each refresh provides one random artifact.
Blackmarket always offers towngate scrolls (their supply, basically, is infinity).
Blackmarket also could buy artifacts back at 50% of their price.
