Cambios OpenAPI

* Creado archivo openapi.yaml con las especificaciones de nuestro gateway-service.js
* Añadido un try y diferentes numeros de salida según la respuestas en questionservice/server.js
* Actualizado el release.yml con lo nuevo de OpenAPI
