Atlas only supports stable builds of Windows to reduce potential issues that the user may have.

Additionally, Windows Insider builds require telemetry.

Insider builds do not require telemetry to be used, without telemetry it activates the "unenroll when the next major version of Windows is released). Just add a warning saying there could be issues and make the user create a restore point.
