Subscriber button: prefill logged in email

The expected behavior is that it prefills your WPCOM email if you are logged in.

Proposed changes:

• This removes the check on jetpack_auto_fill_logged_in_user filter when prefilling the logged in users email address

Other information:

• Have you written new tests for your changes, if applicable?
• Have you checked the E2E test CI results, and verified that your changes do not break them?

Testing instructions:

• Create a JN site
• On the JN site, connect JP and enable Newsletter module (so the Subscriber block is available in editor).
• Create a post with the Subscribe block
• Open WordPress.com incognito and log in
• Go to the post URL and confirm the WP email is prefilled in the subscribe email field.

• To test on WoA, go to the Plugins menu on a WoA dev site. Click on the "Upload" button and follow the upgrade flow to be able to upload, install, and activate the Jetpack Beta plugin. Once the plugin is active, go to Jetpack > Jetpack Beta, select your plugin (Jetpack), and enable the update/subscriber-button-default-email branch.
• To test on Simple, run the following command on your sandbox:

bin/jetpack-downloader test jetpack update/subscriber-button-default-email

• WordPress.com Simple releases happen as soon as you deploy your changes after merging this PR (PCYsg-Jjm-p2).
• WoA releases happen weekly.
• Releases to self-hosted sites happen monthly:
