Update README.md with new sections and image paths

The README.md file has been updated to include new sections "Analyze the Vector Store in Azure AI Search" and "Local development using existing services". The table of contents has been updated accordingly. Several images have been updated to new file paths, including those showing the Aspire Dashboard, Azure Resource Group, deployment completion, and Codespace creation. A placeholder for the Architecture diagram has been added with a "Coming soon!" note. Additionally, instructions for using existing Azure services have been provided. Binary files for images 10AzureResources.png, 20AzdUpConsoleComplete.png, and 25CreateCodeSpaces.png were also updated.
