Description
This PR addresses Azure SQL frequent authentication errors by:
Token Refresh: Automatically refreshes the Azure AD token near expiration.
pool_pre_ping: Ensures stale connections are replaced. Ref: https://docs.sqlalchemy.org/en/20/core/pooling.html#:~:text=Above%2C%20we%20also%20make%20use%20of%20the%20create_engine.pool_pre_ping%20flag%20so%20that%20connections%20which%20are%20closed%20from%20the%20server%20side%20are%20gracefully%20handled%20by%20the%20connection%20pool%20and%20replaced%20with%20a%20new%20connection.
pool_recycle: Recycles connections every 1800 seconds to prevent server disconnections.
These updates improve connection stability and resolve authentication issues.
Tests and Documentation
Tested: Azure SQL demo notebooks were run multiple times within 2 hours window and no authentication errors found.
