While deploying the Auto Increase File Share Quota solution / brownfield scenario in a LevelUp lab, I discovered new subscriptions do not support setting the retention policy on logs and metrics for diagnostic settings. After removing the retention policies on the diagnostic setting for the Automation Account, the solution deploys successfully and in working order.
