Releases: BEAST2-Dev/bdsky
Canonical params now Functions and new BEAUti template
This patch release adds a new BEAUti template suitable for morphological analyses with serial sampling. It also allows for more flexible specification of the canonical rate parameters (birth rate, death rate, sampling rate, etc.) by making the corresponding inputs accept general Function
values instead of RealParameter
values specifically.
Adds a new operator for inferring negative diversification rates.
This release (v2.6 compatible only for now) adds a new operator, JointDiversificationTurnoverOperator
which jointly updates diversification rates and turnover rates in a way that makes it possible to infer both positive and negative diversification rates in the same analysis.
BDSKY v1.5.0
BEAST v2.7 compatible
Some BDSKY parameter inputs are now Functions.
This is a very minor release, but one that allows generic Functions to be supplied to the reproductiveNumber
, becomeUninfectiousRate
and samplingProportion
inputs of the BDSKY tree prior. This allows for slightly more flexibility in model specification, but otherwise doesn't change the package.
Rho sampling bug fix.
Fixed bug affecting tree prior calculation for rho sampling with two intervals.
BDSKY 1.4.5 release
Joined BDSKY templates with reproductiveNumber parametrization into one.
BDSKY 1.4.4 release
Fix issue #25: uniquify operator IDs.
1.4.3 Release
A bug in tree likelihood calculation for the case when conditioning on root and on rho-sampling of at least one extant individual on both sides of the root is fixed.
BDSKY 1.4.2 release
add template for birth-death parametrization
BDSKY 1.4.1 release
Update BDSKY templates for BEAUTI.
