Thank you very much for your response. I am a little bit confused about the first drop down of the and third drop down of the GUI, for the first one I need scan files such .ang or .cpr, how to generate these type of files ? I am using Team v4.5 and OIM version 7. and for the third drop down on GUI, what should I select?. I apologize for mu Ignorance, I am new EBSD and Matlab. |
OIM should automatically output a .ang file for your scan, or you can ask it to. You also need it to output a type 2 grain file (which will be a txt file). These are all fairly easy to find on the menus for the scan you are looking at in OIM. |
Hello,
I managed to save the patterns during the EBSD scan, and I saved it in**.UP2** format. How to map the strain using this file ?. Your help will be much appreciated
