Objectif : enlève les toponymes de quartier, lieu dit du fond ign pour ne pas faire de doublon ou faire penser à une présence en base (ban).
quatier => ex beaubreuil, limoges 45.87434/1.294972
lieu dit (ocs) => dans le cher il y a de nombre lieu nommé /parcel sans habitant par exemple (gps:47.036700,2.196817)
essaie de garder les noms de ville sur les zoom avant 13 pour se repérer.
