Could this also be done for C4 and breaching charges but only whisper it so only people next to it can see / hear it? |

Currently only the person who examined it can see the balloon message, i can add in that feature for C4 and breaching charges though. Will work on that in another PR. |

About The Pull Request
Title says it all, whenever you examine a syndicate bomb it now shows the time until the timer hits 0 as a balloon alert as well as in chat.
Why It's Good For The Game
Helps increase the tension of someone examining a bomb and seeing the timer slowly ticking down, all without having to look over at chat.
