About The Pull Request
This adds documentation to all of the linter defines in
code/__DEFINES/spaceman_dmm.dm, ported from tgstation/tgstation#71783Also removes
SWITCH_EMPTY_STATEMENTas I don't think it's really needed.Why It's Good For The Game
Makes it easier for coders to know what each of the linter defines do, so they can take advantage of them.
