About The Pull Request
Replaces the dropdown from #11415 with a popout showing the names of each outfit that is searchable. It also sorts it into a subcategory, removing the janky looking empty header, and makes that subcategory wide enough to support its contents.
Why It's Good For The Game
This preference looks super out of place and ugly currently, and is hard to use due to being a giant dropdown.
