Enables FTL auto-spool mode on the Thirring FTL drive #2606

About The Pull Request

Does what the title says, also makes the pylons not shut down when autospool is enabled, so it can actually spool automatically properly.

Why It's Good For The Game

We originally wanted to test this. The reason being that this feature is balanced out by having to monitor power and nucleium drain when autospool is enabled for these FTL drives already.
