About The Pull Request
Adds some code which allows harder fleets to spawn in at higher difficulty levels. The current threshold for harder fleets is difficulty 3, though this is obviously still untested and may be adjusted.
I also tweaked the base difficulty of Syndicate border patrol fleets, they will now be stronger which seems appropriate when fighting in their home territory.
The new Stalker class sub-spacemarine is now being deployed in the field! Syndicate wolf packs and elite fleets will be home to the more dangerous sibling of the familiar cloaked menace. These enemies will fire a volley of more dangerous "viscerator" torpedoes when making their last stand, so finish them off quickly!
Why It's Good For The Game
Adding more variety to the enemies can make the game more interesting. Additional unique enemies also add a new obstacle for players to overcome!
