1. Support cartesian grid (fault is allowed) with keywords DX,DY,DZ,TOPS.
2. Create a simple cartesian model builder where permeability and porosity can be updated by giving nx_range, ny_range and nz_range

The overall code is rewritten and simplified. Now it is a lightweight tool to convert GRDECL to vtk. The corner point grid format is supported. The Cartesian grid will added back to new framework soon.
