The authoritative version of the code that has produced the figures in Schmuker et al (2014). This is a historic release to maintain a reference point to the original version of the code, while we are resuming the further development of the methodology.
This code still uses Python 2.7 and libraries that were current at the time of publication of the manuscript. The code ran without errors and reproduced all figures from the paper with 100% accuracy. Since then, the Python ecosystem has evolved dramatically, leading to various incompatibilities. When running this code with modern libraries you will run into errors, due to numerous API changes. Some of these errors are easy to spot as they cause the code to abort. Others are more subtle and will cause an alteration of the result.
This code is therefore released as a reference and basis for future development only.
