Checkout apollo-codegen as a way to automatically generate some code in the front end

Apparently apollo-codegen can generate stuff like typescript types for our front end queries and maybe cache updates for us. It would be a nice time savings if we could get this to work. I haven't had a chance to do much research yet, but someone should take a closer look at this.

A final goal is either a comment explaining why apollo-codegen won't help us or a proof of concept that can generate some code we could use.
