Probably dont merge this just yet - more of a proof of concept
So the idea is: the shared folder /var/www/html is just too slow for drupal due to the amount of files. The make rsync command is added, that very crudely installs rsync and runs it constantly to move everything to /rsync which is outside the shared folder. nginx is then pointed to this new folder, and performance seems to significantly improve
I also added a port PROJECT_PORT so that we can use it to prevent port collisions on multiple projects
