Breaking changes

  1. Empty keys (KEY=) is now treated as NULL not as empty string
  2. Removed parameter from constructor ($typeCasting). Moved to better type casting engine
  3. Removing functions (env function) from project
  4. Moving tests form EnvTests folder into tests folder
