Adds Iter:do as mentioned in #13. This doesn't necessarily replace the need for a special syntax for, but it's a good start.

Cool, the ~parallel flag will probably be useful. I almost think parallel should be the default (only because all other iterator things do that by default), but given that this is specifically for things with side effects, sequencing those by default may be safer.
