Caerdon Wardrobe

Switch to caching profession and recipe info along / other fixes
I've updated Caerdon Wardrobe to now cache your profession and recipe
info as you interact with the profession system. This means you'll
need to open up each of your professions at least once before Caerdon
will properly account for what you already know, but now there's no
more prompt every time you log in!
This change also resolves issues with World Quest Tracker along with
an issue that could result in looped tooltip processing that crashed
the game.
