Advanced Checklist

Interactive sidebar checklist rendered from any list in a GDoc.

Installation

Use the .GS and .HTML files from the repo and follow the instructions from this tutorial.

If you have a caphyon.com account you can install the addon from this link.

Usage

• add any list to the document
• position the cursor over the list without selecting text
• run the add-on from top menu Add-ons > Advanced Checklist > Run

Functionality

• you can modify the list in the document and it will automatically get updated in the sidebar
• every time you check an item in the sidebar it will get crossed out in the document
• hover over any checked list item in the sidebar to see who and when checked the item
• when you have multiple lists in the document and the add-on is running, just position the cursor over any list to render it in the sidebar
