UHF-8838: SEO friendly listing for services

UHF-8838 & UHF-8935

What was done

• Changed card view to bullet list on Service lists due to better search engine optimisation

How to install

• Use instance https://github.com/City-of-Helsinki/drupal-helfi-sote
• Make sure your instance is up and running on latest dev branch.
  • git pull origin dev
  • make fresh
• Update the HDBT theme
  • composer require drupal/hdbt:dev-UHF-8838_Services_SEO
• Update the Helfi Platform config
  • composer require drupal/helfi_platform_config:dev-UHF-8838_TPR_views_config
• Run make drush-updb drush-cr

How to test

• The following pages are using Service listing as bullet list without pager
