UHF-9815: Home care client fee calculator changes

UHF-9815

What was done

• Removed the possibility to add multiple deliveries for one week in the grocery delivery service.
• Adjusted the examples and the texts and the documentation accordingly.

How to install

• Make sure your instance is up and running on latest dev branch.
  • git pull origin dev
  • make fresh
• Update the HDBT theme
  • composer require drupal/hdbt:dev-UHF-9815
• Run make drush-cr

How to test

• Go to the https://helfi-sote.docker.so/fi/sosiaali-ja-terveyspalvelut/senioripalvelut/kotihoito/kotihoidon-asiakkaaksi/kotihoidon-asiakasmaksun-laskuri calculator and make sure that you are no longer able to select multiple deliveries for the grocery delivery service like you are able to do in the production.
• Make sure all the texts and translations reflect this change.
• Make sure that the calculations still match if you add the same numbers on production.
• Check the documentation that it matches the new changes.
• Check that code follows our standards

Translations

• Translations have been added to .po -files and included in this PR

I'd return the nbsp characters and remove the deprecated translation. Trailing comma convention is something trivial that we can discuss later.
