UHF-10537

Add example forms to new application.

What was done

  • New form configs + mapping
  • Update some loaders to support webform loading via UUID

How to install

  • Make sure your instance is up and running on correct branch.
    • git checkout feature/UHF-10537-example-forms
    • make fresh
  • Run make drush-cr
  • Add new service pages to access new forms

How to test

  • Fill out testing forms + save to Avus2
  • See that they get RECEIVED status
  • See that all fields are present
  • Check that code follows our standards
