This PR is for issue #1004. I added minor changes that won't conflict with the pending PRs. These changes are aimed to reduce code repetitions and improve code quality.
@brylie, you can merge these changes and also #1005. After merging #1005, I am going to make a commitment to replace
AccountwithProfile. I finished most of the work but I didn't touchforms.pyso that any conflict won't occur with that PR.
