Show/Hide comments toggle resets resolved comments toggle #10763

With Add Show/Hide all comments toggle button #10418 the general behaviour seems to work. However when:

First loading a document and without pressing any toggle
- Note: the defaults will be Comments are toggled on (visible) and resolved comments are toggled off (resolved comments are hidden)
Click Comments toggle
Click again comments toggle
See resolved comment appearing on the left top corner and the resolved comments button is still toggled off
