Nerve Spiker and Bioferries bolts tweaks and fixes #3201

Changes

  • Put the bioferrite bolt textures in the correct directory.
  • Consistency checks between the nerve spiker and CE's crossbow.
  • Consistency checks between plasteel bolts and bioferrite ones with tweaks and fixes to the recipes and other stats like flammability.
