Add missing PlayerListener stubs back to Media Element

Description of Change

Add the missing PlayerListener event stubs back to media element. I thought they were no longer needed. But apparently there are still a few situations that require them to be there.

Additional information

When I updated Media Element to use media 3 I removed the stubs as they did not appear to be needed. That was in error. There are a few closed bug reports that would be fixed by this too.
