• Add new Profile for CIS OpenShift 4 version 1.7.0.
• There are no technical differences between version 1.5.0 and 1.6.0, and no technical differences between 1.6.0 and 1.7.0.

Rationale:

• CIS OpenShfit 4 version 1.7.0 was released in Dec 23rd 2024.
