Make amend runtime and bump up spec_version by 1 in node/runtime/src/lib.rs
```rust
pub const VERSION: RuntimeVersion = RuntimeVersion {
spec_name: create_runtime_str!("curio"),
impl_name: create_runtime_str!("curio-node"),
authoring_version: 10,
// Per convention: if the runtime behavior changes, increment spec_version
// and set impl_version to 0. If only runtime
// implementation changes and behavior does not, then leave spec_version as
// is and increment impl_version.
spec_version: 1,
impl_version: 1,
apis: RUNTIME_API_VERSIONS,
transaction_version: 1,
};
build new wasm
cargo build --release
take generated new runtime in ./target/release/wbuild/node-runtime/node_runtime.compact.wasm
and upload it via node web interface using sudo
