Migaloo is upgrading their token factory module from the
cosmwasmversion toosmosis: White-Whale-Defi-Platform/migaloo-chain#297Thus we need DAOs to migrate from the cw-tokenfactory-issuer contract that uses
cosmwasmtokenfactory type URLs to theosmosisversion of the contract that the rest of the chains use. This PR adds an action to migrate that only shows up for DAOs on the old version.
