This PR updates the
dlc-btc-libversion to incorporate the latestDLCHandlerchanges, streamlines and unifies the documentation for allDLCHandler-related hooks, and introduces standardized models and constants forBitcoinWalletloading states.This
dlc-btc-libversion update also introduces the more complex, and more reliable fee rate fetching logic.
