Version 1.0.3 hardware & firmware

This firmware release improves the OTA firmware update code by logging out of MQTT while running config scripts and increasing the modem's FTP timeouts to help with slow connections.

The breakout board was updated so the pins on the connector to the Wombat are in the same order as on the Wombat.

There are no changes to the Wombat circuit or PCB.
