• Added missing mob and NPC entries from POL extract.
• Updated mob levels from retail widescan packets.
• Updated NPC data from retail logs.
• Updated mob pool data from retail logs.
• Updated mob coordinates from retail logs.
• Added Mystic Avatar groups/pools.
• Added Fir Bholg jobs/races.
• Added Leafless Jidra.

TODO list

• Seems like DSP assigned crates and doors different than on retail. Will unwind this and reassign the crates and portals to the floors they're supposed to be on.
• All the mob LUAs need cleaning. Lots of hard-coded IDs that should be offsets.
• Code all the per-floor mechanics.
