Initial release
Latest changes:

  • Corrected Settings to Preferences, and used standard command-comma keyboard shortcut per Apple guidance
  • Revised Refresh function to remove unused social services from menu (and added text to guide users)
  • Corrected how labels & text fields showed text to better align with Apple guidance
  • marks a social service as not in use if the account identifier is empty (will save hitting the API needlessly)
