[python] Code security standalone tests

Motivation

Test the code security feature for Python, developed in this PR: DataDog/dd-trace-py#11446

Changes

Just activates the test for Python, and the implementation of the new endpoint in the POCs

Workflow

   • Test logic is modified? -> Get a review from RFC owner. We're working on refining the codeowners file quickly.
