Fix soulspirit nameplate timer not being cleared on death for secondary drust soulcleaver mob id
Izo will now special announce and show timers for when orbs are moving as well.
Fix and close #278
Fix speaker shadowcrown not resetting counts on stage 2, causing timers to go wonky (which caused all timer errors in above ticket)
Fix some other misc timers i cought myself.
Update Drahga timers, which were nerfed at some point (undocumented hotfixes?)
tweak warning text/voice for blazing crescendo on forge speakers
Tweak timer and voice for shield stampede in stonevault
Significantly improve mistcaller encounter for players with blue color blindness.
- Added new option (off by default) to show a large red nameplate icon over vulpin for those who have trouble seeing the blue mob on blue ground
- Added a cast bar for patty cake that defaults to a non blue color for users who may have cast bars that are blue leaning (such as quartz by default) that again can be difficult to see on this encounter
- Further emphasized flash on patty cake cast as well
- Patty Cake cooldown timer will now show Interrupt and tank role icons and default to a different color than what freeze tag and dodge ball use.
Misc fixes
Increase emphasis on Avonoxx webs cast for dodging
Added chat bubbles to anubzekts Infest debuff
Fix several timer errors in first two dungeons i ran
