This adds basic CI to the project.

  • Checks for DeepL copyright header on javascript/typescript source files
  • Formatting with prettier
  • npm audit
  • Linting with eslint
  • Builds the package with tsc
  • Secret detection with gitleaks

Tests coming as a second step.
